Job is Yes

I FINALLY GOT A JOB THAT MAKES USE OF MY EDUCATION.


I am so stoked. While this isn't the type of job that I want to do forever, I'm finally going to get the work experience every company asks for. It's a super entry position where I do all the 'grunt' work in Flash (basically customizing already animated things for clients). But I get to learn how to use Flash which is something I've been wanting for a long time. I'm super slow because how Flash but I'll get there. >D

Yesterday was my second day, though I was only there for about an hour and half because power guys were all "We need to shut off the power to do things and it won't be on again until around 2." They said they would shut it off in about 45mins. They shut it off in 15... However, the stuff I thought I'd lost yesterday came back as a recovery file when I opened Flash today. PHOTOSHOP WHY YOU NOT HAVE THIS FEATURE.

Today...the computer was not turned on. And me being a PC person and it being a MAC computer I couldn't find the 'on' button... not one of my finer moments Why do Mac's have to hide the power button? >C When I reluctantly asked my boss "How turn on computer...?" He was all "Um...I...'m not sure..." No one else was there yet so he told me he was sure I'd find it and left the room. I did. Eventually.

The only downside is that everything is so quiet. I like listening to music while I art. >.>;
